What kind of bike do you ride?

This is a common question if you meet someone that cycles. My blog post talks about some of the ways I train to be a stronger biker, such as: road rides, mountain biking with the Dirt Divas in Alaska, aerial yoga, and yoga.

 

 

Do YOU ever Wander?

Travel makes me feel alive. Seeing wild animals in their natural habitat, experiencing different cultures, making friends in different countries, trying new food. These things charge my batteries.

When I became aware of my food allergies; leading to a vegan diet, I thought that my love for travel and trying new food had come to an end. I have never been so happy to be so wrong. I’ve been a bad vegan (yes, I eat honey) since 2015, and the travel has not stopped.

I’m new to blogging, so please bear with me! I would like to share “life hacks” I have for national and international travel as an active, adventure seeking, bad vegan, single female.
